Wedding Photography in Viman Nagar, Pune

Weddings at venues around Viman Nagar, Nagar Road and across east Pune — and well beyond it. Full-day and multi-day coverage, planned around your functions rather than our convenience.

What multi-day actually costs

A wedding is not one booking. It is four venues over three days.

Haldi at the house, mehendi somewhere else, the wedding at a hall, the reception at a third address — and a team that has to be at all of them.

Spread that across a city and the commute stops being incidental. Every function has a set-up before it and a pack-down after, and the gaps between them are where a tired team stops noticing things.

When the functions cluster in one part of Pune and the team is based in the same part, that friction largely disappears. It buys back the hour before each function — the one where the room is still empty, the decor is still perfect and the family is getting ready.

It also makes the small requests possible. A quick set of portraits at the house before you leave for the venue, or going back for something missed, are easy asks locally and awkward ones across town.

There is a practical detail that only shows up on the day. A team based nearby can go back for something — a lens, a light, a battery pack — without that becoming an hour missing from the coverage. It happens more often than anyone would like and it is invisible when the studio is close.

It also makes the pre-wedding meeting realistic. Sitting down properly with the family before the week starts, going through the schedule and the group list in person, is worth considerably more than the same conversation over messages, and it only happens when it is easy.

Getting ready

What to give us before the week starts

A written schedule matters more than anything else you can prepare. Function names, venues, start times, and who is responsible for each — even a rough version in a message is enough, and it prevents most of the problems that arise on the day.

A list of the group photographs you want is the second thing. Not names of individuals, but the groupings: both families, each side, the siblings, the grandparents with the couple. Ten lines on a list is ten minutes saved at a point in the day when ten minutes is expensive.

And tell us about anyone who must be photographed — a relative who travelled a long way, someone who is unwell, a person the family will most want to see afterwards. We cannot know that and it is the most common regret when it goes unsaid.

Planning it

The questions that shape the coverage

We will ask how the functions are spread — whether they cluster in one part of the city or spread across it, because that decides how much of the day is spent travelling rather than photographing. Functions concentrated on this side of Pune buy back time that would otherwise disappear between venues.

We will ask who else is covering the day. A video team working alongside us is straightforward when we know in advance and awkward when we meet them at the mandap.

And we will ask what happens in the gaps. The hour at the house before leaving for a venue is consistently among the best of a wedding and is the part most likely to be left off a schedule entirely.

Do you cover all the functions or just the wedding day?

Whatever you book. Most families take the full run — haldi, mehendi, sangeet, wedding, reception — because the story is better told across all of them, but individual days are fine.

Our functions are at different venues. Is that a problem?

No, it is normal. Send us the list with timings and addresses and we will plan the movements around it, including the gaps for travel and setup.

How far in advance should we book a wedding?

Earlier is better, especially through wedding season when popular dates go first. Send us your date as soon as you have it and we will tell you straight away whether it is open.

Do you travel outside Pune for weddings?

Yes. We cover locations across Maharashtra and take on destination weddings. Travel and stay are agreed with you upfront, before anything is booked.

Which areas and venues do you cover for weddings?

Venues across Viman Nagar, Nagar Road, Kharadi, Kalyani Nagar, Koregaon Park, Yerawada and Hadapsar, plus homes anywhere in east Pune - and we travel across Maharashtra and beyond for destination weddings.

How many functions do most families book?

Anything from a single day to the full run across a week. Send the list and we will tell you what each day would involve rather than pushing you towards a package.

Our venues are spread across Pune. Is that a problem?

No, but it changes the planning. Send the addresses with the timings and we will build the movements around them, including realistic travel time between functions.

When should the couple portraits happen?

Whenever there is genuinely a gap, which is usually earlier than anyone expects. Left to the end of the night they compete with everything else and get five rushed minutes.

Do you cover the reception separately from the wedding?

Yes, and plenty of families book only one. Tell us which and we will plan it as its own event rather than as an add-on to something else.

Do you work with a second photographer?

For larger weddings it is often the right answer. Tell us the scale and the number of simultaneous functions and we will say honestly whether one person can cover it properly.

How soon after the wedding do we receive the photographs?

We confirm the timeline with you in writing when you book rather than leaving it open. It depends on the size of the coverage and we would rather commit to a real date.

Can we give you a list of must-have shots?

Please do, particularly for people and groupings. A list of moments is less useful than a list of who matters, because the moments are our job to anticipate.

Send us your dates

Give us the function list and the venues and we will come back with availability and what the coverage would look like.
